Victor Bomi is an internationally recognized Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur & Author based in Atlanta, GA, who started his investing career in 2012 and serves as CEO of conglomerate firm Zirowin Group. Collectively, his business portfolio has acquired and closed over $11M worth of real estate and been a keystone in closing 100+ real estate investment deals with investors.
He enjoys helping people accomplish their financial goals and uses real estate investing as the vehicle to get them there — providing investors with specialized knowledge, experience, and systems that simplify the entire process. Through his investment company Zirow Invest, he sources value-add residential and commercial assets, performs comprehensive investment analysis, develops properties, and resells or rents them — a fully passive investing service built around his clients' financial goals.
Victor hails from Lagos, Nigeria, and as an immigrant in the United States he has always strived to be the best he can be — understanding that he has an opportunity to make something of himself that many others never get.
He always had an eye and appreciation for beautiful real estate developments — the aesthetics of conceptualizing a property, buying the piece of land, then bringing that idea to life through development. He never had any interest in being an agent; the investing side of the business was always the pull.
Victor is a visionary, results-oriented businessman and massive action taker — driven by his faith, purpose, and belief systems, including his desire to leave a lasting legacy and positive impact in the lives of his loved ones and in the world.
Victor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2014 — while already investing in real estate and running the real estate company he founded in 2012.
At the Fortune 500 insurer, Victor helped clients with retirement planning and life insurance — and saw first-hand how putting investors' needs first drives long-term success. His love for real estate soon called him to resign and build his investment firm full-time.
